JFT is supporting the DOE Complex by providing the equipment needed to perform the clean-up of the legacy sites of the Manhattan Project and Cold War build-up. We provide remote tooling, ventilation systems, containments, specialty process skids, and the engineering needed for hotcell decommissioning, HLW radioactive waste tank remediation, decontamination, size reduction, and waste stabilization activities.

JFT supports the existing fleet of nuclear reactors by providing safety significant engineering and manufacturing services to service obsolesce and reverse engineering needs of the aging nuclear power plants.

In addition, JFT is a key supplier for the tools and equipment used to decommission and segment reactors that have come to the end of their life. JFT is supporting most of the ongoing reactor decommissioning projects providing Reactor Vessel Segmentation equipment and services, material handling systems, waste baskets, and cut plans to support the controlled removal and segregation of radioactive waste.

JFT is supporting many of the new reactors OEM providers with safety significant engineering and prototype development services. This includes equipment used to monitor the neutron flux of the reactor and fuel fabrication activities. JFT’s pragmatic design skillset paired with our ability to fabricate our components make us a great partner for these projects.

JFT is supporting the various nuclear labs and research reactor facilities throughout the DOE and NIST marketplace. Providing our customers with remote tooling and equipment for high radiation environments and safety-related design and manufacturing services.

JFT provides gloveboxes, containments, and remote tooling to the DOE laboratories that support and maintain the stewardship of our nation’s deterrence.
