JFT’s headquarters are located on the front range of Northern Colorado in Loveland. This location provides the company direct access to the experience of the nuclear professionals in the greater Denver area, the engineering talent from three renowned engineering universities, and the trades and supply chain that support the diverse Colorado economy in energy, medical, aerospace, and technology. Facilities
JFT’s adaptable 20,000 SF facilities enable us to work on a variety of diverse fabrication and engineering projects. JFT’s manufacturing facilities in Loveland, Colorado, include ample space for machining, welding, assembly, and testing. Our 4,800 SF high bay includes a 21 ft clear ceiling height with a 60ft wide and 16ft tall hangar door. Our 2,700 SF machine shop regularly performs both small-batch and high-volume production. JFT regularly manufactures and inspects to tight tolerances per drawing specifications. Our in-house full-service machine shop includes all the needed plate processing and forming capabilities. JFT’s quality personnel inspect finished parts within our in-house quality laboratory with the latest digital metrology tools and calibrated M&TE. JFT continually monitors and improves manufacturing processes to ensure high-efficiency throughput through each step.
JFT has extensive indoor and outdoor testing capabilities to validate designs before they are used. Our test environments enable a variety of equipment configurations to accommodate unique equipment testing requirements. Specialty testing capabilities include a 40’ test tower, underwater test tank, and various lifting rigs. The space can host a collaborative development team that includes suppliers, JFT personnel, and the end-user. JFT also has the skills and resources for modifications to be rapidly implemented and tested with minimal impact on the project schedule. JFT’s design and fabrication capabilities are supplemented with in-house manufacturing and support services. We are fortunate to have a responsive supply chain for rentals, equipment, and other engineering materials and supplies.
JFT’s high bay facility in Colorado is configured for flexibility to allow for project-dedicated work and test spaces as required for the varied equipment we deliver. This allows us to perform tests such as range-of-motion, below-the-hook, large-scale leak testing, underwater testing, and other test activities in-process and during final functional testing with our clients.
